TRAVLIN TEXANS has been an active chapter of the Family RV Association (FRVA) since 1987. We are made up of RVers from all across Texas. Membership in TRAVLIN TEXANS is open to those that are active FRVA members. As an organization, we hold five rallies a year, generally scheduled for the first full week of March, April, May, October and November. FRVA (Formerly known as Family Motor Coach Association) welcomes all types of RVs.
Belonging to an RV chapter is more than owning a motorhome or towable RV, it’s being part of a family. It’s travel, exploration, laughter, good food, learning new things, and making memories that last a lifetime. People enjoy the RV lifestyle because “normal life” moves too fast… or maybe not fast enough. RVing gives us sunsets instead of traffic jams. Camp chairs instead of couches. Real conversations instead of TV noise. We want campfire stories under the stars, shared potlucks and card games that go long into the night, and real friendships. We’re curious by nature. Wanderers at heart. We love discovering new places, even if it’s just the next small town down the highway, because the journey always feels good.
We are the Travlin Texans, a welcoming community of RV travelers who love adventure, fellowship, and the freedom of the open road.
